Rotating IPA
ABV Varies · Always Hazy
Tropical Juicy Soft Bitter
Always a hazy IPA — check the board for what's pouring. Juicy and approachable; tends to convert guests who don't usually order IPAs.
N/A · Can · HECK Brewing
Gentle Persuasion Golden
<0.5% ABV · Served with a glass
Light Malt Slightly Sweet Clean Finish
Easy-drinking N/A golden ale. The softer, more approachable of the two HECK options — good for guests new to N/A beer.
N/A · Can · HECK Brewing
Silver Linings IPA
<0.5% ABV · Served with a glass
Hoppy Citrus Bitter Edge
N/A IPA with genuine hop character. More assertive than the Golden — right for guests who want something with a little edge.
What's a Hazy IPA?
Unlike traditional IPAs — clear and sharply bitter — hazy IPAs (also called New England IPAs or NEIPAs) are intentionally unfiltered. The result is a soft, cloudy pour that's fruit-forward and juicy rather than resinous or aggressive, with bitterness as a backdrop rather than the main event. Pillowy mouthfeel, tropical and citrus notes, very easy to drink. They tend to convert IPA skeptics. If a guest asks "is it too bitter?" — it's not.
Cider
Can · 16 oz · Incline Cider Co.
Prickly Pear
6.9% ABV · Served in the can with a glass
Prickly Pear Lightly Sweet Floral
Bright, fruit-forward cider with natural prickly pear. Gluten-free. The can comes to the table — guest pours their own.
Draft · Yonder Cider · Portland, OR
Coulee
6.9% ABV
Pineapple Lime Cardamom Coconut
Tropical and bright — pineapple, lime, and cardamom with hints of coconut and a light tannin finish. Inspired by the mezcal cocktails of Oaxaca. Local Portland cidery.
