Slushy Batch
  1. 750 ml Pueblo Viejo Blanco Tequila
  2. 750 ml Banhez Mezcal
  3. 500 ml Bols Orange Curaçao
  4. 2,250 ml simple syrup
  5. 750 ml fresh lime juice
  6. 450 ml fresh lemon juice
  7. 900 ml plain yogurt
  8. 2,500 ml water
Method Combine all ingredients in a large vessel. Blend thoroughly with an immersion blender, paying special attention to fully incorporating the yogurt — no streaks or lumps. Load into the slushy machine per standard procedure. Dairy — label the machine.
