Build Spec — Single Drink

Method: Shake with Ice · Add Ginger Beer · Double Strain

2 oz	House passionfruit whiskey
¾ oz	Fresh lime juice
— shake with ice · pop the tin —
add	Ginger beer
— double strain over ice into tall collins —
garnish	Mint bouquet · orange swatch
¾ oz	Float: Ya Dong Sloe Gin

Notes for the Bar

·Add straw and garnish before the float — keeps the crown clean.
·Mint through the orange swatch — fold swatch, tuck mint stems through.
·Ya Dong is a Thai herbal tradition — a pressed brick of botanicals steeped into spirit. Earthy, warming, and aromatic. We infuse it into Sloe Gin to create the float.

Passionfruit Cordial

~2 L	Passionfruit boba syrup (approx. 1 container)
~2 L	Simple syrup (equal parts)

Steps

Combine boba syrup and equal parts simple syrup. Boba containers hold approx. 2 L — match simple syrup to whatever's in the container.
Blend until fully incorporated.
Bottle, label, and date.

Passionfruit Whiskey

Equal	Passionfruit cordial
Equal	Evan Williams White Label overproof (subject to change)

Steps

Measure equal parts passionfruit cordial and whiskey.
Combine and blend gently.
Bottle for service and label.

Ya Dong Sloe Gin

1 btl	Sloe Gin
1 pkt	Ya Dong spice packet (per bottle)

Steps

Empty full bottle of Sloe Gin into a container. Add one spice packet per bottle.
Rest a few minutes, then break up spice brick with immersion blender, allowing for full infusion.
Strain through a coffee cone filter, removing all debris.
Rebottle into original bottles. Label with date.
