500 ml Fresh lime juice
350 ml Ginger syrup
1.5 oz Orange blossom water

Spiked Build — Glassware & Pour Order
  • Use a standard frosty glass — not the purple cup.
  • Spirit goes in first, then top with slushy. Reversing the order makes the drink look melted.
  • Garnish as normal: banana leaf fan and lime wheel on pick.
Multiple Spiked Drinks — Identification
  • When building several spiked drinks in one round, place each glass on a coaster.
  • Write the spirit on the coaster (e.g. "RUM" / "TEQ") so servers can identify without lifting every glass.
  • Avoids confusion and wrong-drink delivery on busy passes.

  1. Combine 1:1 Cantaloupe Boba Syrup with house orgeat.
  2. Blend until fully incorporated.
  3. Bottle, label, and date. Label clearly: contains almonds (tree nut).
Slushy Machine Load
  1. Combine all batch ingredients and stir to fully integrate.
  2. Pour into slushy machine. Allow full freeze cycle before service.
  3. Check consistency before first pour. Adjust water ratio if needed for machine.
  4. Label machine with drink name, date, and allergy flag (tree nuts / almonds).
