Jasmine rice is wok-fired with sugar for caramelization, then folded with roasted cremini mushrooms, sliced wok-charred shishitos, vegan chili jam, and thin soy for a glossy, savory finish.

The vegan chili jam brings heat and depth from chilies, galangal, tamarind, fried alliums, shallot oil, garlic oil, and golden mountain soy.
